Industrial dust collection · Gauteng, South Africa

Dust collectors built for South African plants

We design, build, install and service pulse-jet baghouses, cartridge collectors and cyclones, from a single welding bay to a full foundry. One team takes the job from the hood at the dust source to the clean-air stack.

Pulse-jet baghouse cross-section Dusty air enters the hopper, passes through the filter bags and leaves clean from the top. A compressed-air pulse cleans each row of bags and dust falls into the hopper. DUSTY AIR IN CLEAN AIR OUT PULSE VALVE FILTER BAGS ROTARY VALVE HOPPER

What we build

Three ways to take dust out of air

Most plants need one of these, and many need two working together. We size the collector to your dust, your airflow and your floor space, then build it in our own workshop.

The whole system

A collector is only as good as its hoods and ducting

A well-built baghouse on a badly designed system still leaves dust in the building. We start at the source: how the dust is released, how fast it travels and where it needs to be captured. Then we design the hoods, duct runs, dampers and fan around it, and size the collector last.

Where our collectors work

Applications

Shot blasting

Extraction for wheelabrators and blast rooms, sized to keep the abrasive clean.

Foundry and furnace

Hot, abrasive fume from melting, fettling and sand plants.

Welding and cutting

Fume and fine particulate from welding bays, laser and plasma tables.

Mining and minerals

Crushing, screening, conveyor transfer points and bagging plants.

Food and powders

Flour, sugar, soya and other powders, including stainless builds.

Woodworking

Sawdust and chips from saws, sanders and CNC routers.

Filter bags, spares and service for any make

We supply replacement filter bags, cages, cartridges, diaphragm valves and sequencer boards, and we service and upgrade existing baghouses, including units we did not build. If your collector's differential pressure keeps climbing, or the stack is no longer clean, we can find out why.
